The older sections east of the Grand Parkway have generous lots and mature trees, which changes the job in two ways — root systems near the excavation, and enough shade that heaters get used more than people expect. The newer sections west have tighter lots where access planning matters more than design.
Cinco Ranch's architectural review is one of the more organized ACCs in Katy, which is good news: they publish clear submittal requirements and turn drawings around predictably. We prepare and submit the package for you, including the site plan, elevations and equipment location.
New builds here trend toward rectangular pools with raised spas and travertine decking to match the brick, rather than the freeform-and-boulder look that was popular when the neighborhood went in.
